If you are a first-time user, Click HELP for instructions.
Username is Dealer code plus the word User example is “12345User”
Default password is five lower case x’s “xxxxx”
You can update your default password and email address in the “Your Profile” tab
The main user can also add sub users to their dealership using the “Users” tab.
For instructions click the User management Instructions
Disclosures
Click “New Disclosure” to create a disclosure.
Provide customer and dealer information.
Click Next when completed.
Please choose which option:
If you choose “I can’t repair this vehicle because” Please provide the reason this vehicle cannot be repaired and click NEXT.
If you get this response, just click NEXT.
This information will be the disclosure form for the customer to receive. You will have options to send email, save to PDF and print a copy for the customer.
Note: Dealer does not have to send a copy to Quality Compliance, the information is stored on the website for future reference.
